Niki Haarman

Managing Director

Niki Haarman co-founder of Renaissance Empowered Companies, comes from the world of corporate banking where she served for over 20 years with Citi Group and Bank United as Director and VP of Corporate Treasury Management. She also brings with her a couple of decades worth of hands-on experience managing sizable Real Estate Portfolios that include both multi-family and commercial properties. Niki also managed and oversaw the construction of various spec homes within her own personal portfolio.

Additionally, she has served as Director of Marketing for an Austin based Senior Care and Living community, and was a member of the board of directors for DIFFA Houston, a non-profit group. Niki is a licensed Insurance professional and has also held her Securities Series Six and Blue sky license. She is currently a Managing Director of several Texas LLC’s, many of which are affiliated companies of Renaissance Empowered Companies.
